Easy Exchanges and Returns Policy

Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Perhaps you wish to exchange it? We thank you for ordering a product from us in the first place. We promise to do our utmost to deliver an amazing customer experience and to make right any hiccups along the way.

Here are some things you might want to know…

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
  • Your order is covered by a limited, 30-day warranty. If there is an issue with your product, then please email us at clientsupport@amolese.com. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • If you want to return your item within the first 30 days after your receipt, please email Amolese at clientsupport@amolese.com.
  • We accept refund products in their original packaging unopened. No explanation needed, simply email us and tell us which product you’re returning. When we get the product we’ll contact you – and refund you the value of your product. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example, if we mistakenly shipped the wrong item to you.

Time Window

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. The time window includes transit time from your shipper to us (10 business days), time it takes to process your return upon receipt by us (5 business days), time your bank takes to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing by your bank.

But do remember…

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Amolese pass to you upon delivery of such products to the carrier (shipper). You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. That said, we’ll do our best to assist you where we are able.

We make wears that are gorgeous that friends will always compliment you for, and if they don’t, we want to know about it. Our guarantee is a handshake – a promise that we will be fair to each other. If something’s not fitting as you think it should, we’ll take it back.
